BROWSERS AND PLUG-INS
GetRight - extends the ability of your web browser's downloading by supporting error recovery, download resuming, and many other advanced downloading features.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 - Getting better with each release. Be aware that the installation of IE5 does alter your OS (with Windows '95 anyhow).
Internet Explorer Add-ons - If you have IE 3.0 or IE 4.0 and want to install additional components that you skipped when you first downloaded, or you want other add-ons, this is the place to look.
Netscape Communicator 4.51 - Netscape leads the way in browser developement. More than a browser, Communicator offers a full set of internet tools to make your internet time a complete experience. Includes Composer which makes web pages and a email program.
Netscape Plug-ins - Plug-ins are software programs that extend the capabilities of Netscape Navigator in a specific way - giving you, for example, the ability to play audio samples or view video movies from within Navigator. Software companies are developing plug-ins at a phenomenal rate, so check back here frequently to download the latest programs.

FILEMANAGER/EXPLORER ADD-ONS
FMApplic - File Manager extension (addon) that provides an Applications menu. Integrates virtually any DOS or Windows application with the File Manager. Click on files, click on application, and PRESTO! Full WFWG TOOLBAR

FmExtMan - (File Manager Extension Manager) is a File Manager add-on. Add more than the 4 add-on DLLs that File Manager limits you to. All top level menus are put into one menu as submenus, so your File Manager menu is not clogged up. FmExtMan has a dialog that let's you change, reorder, install & deinstall not only its own, but also the top level File Manager extensions. Windows Commander 3.53 - for Windows 3.1/95/98/NT. File manager-Explorer type program that has 2 file windows side by side which makes copying/moving files easier. Also has ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, UC2, TAR, GZ, CAB, ACE archive handling. You can search zip files and configure it too.

FTP UTILS
CuteFTP 2.8 - a Windows-based File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client that allows users to utilize the capabilities of FTP without having to know all the details of the protocol itself. for Win3x/95/98/NT4.
FTP Voyager - FTP Client program for Windows 95/NT which allows you to perform FTP operations in the same way you normally perform file operations. FTP Voyager can connect to nearly any FTP Site. You can even drag and drop files between them.

PolyView - a shareware graphics viewer, file conversion, image manipulation, and printing utility for Windows NT and Windows 95. Supports many popular image formats available on Windows and Unix systems.
PovRay - The Persistence of Vision Raytracer is a high-quality tool for creating stunning 3D graphics. Available for Windows 3.1/Win32s and Windows 95/NT, DOS, the Macintosh, i86 Linux, SunOS, and Amiga.
Vpic - A DOS picture viewer/converter for EGA, VGA and SuperVGA display adapters. NEWS READER
Free Agent - a guide to news, fun and information in the Usenet newsgroups. Offered as freeware, and is available in both 16-bit and 32-bit versions.

SCREEN SAVERS
AnyScr - Screen saver that runs, tests and configures other .SCR screen savers. Makes a list of your favorite screen savers. Displays a different screen saver from the list each time your computer is idle. Easy to install with the included Setup program.
Mary-Anna Macaroni does Macarena Hey, Macaroni! Screen Saver - For Windows 3.1/95. It sings, it dances you might even learn the macarena. Also some other screen savers are there too.

SOUND UTILITIES
BlasterMaster - for DOS, requires Sound Blaster or compatible soundcard. A tool kit for working with Sound Blaster type .VOC, .WAV and .SND files. Plays, records and edits.
GoldWave - For Windows 3.1/95/NT. A sound player, recorder, and editor. Supports RIFF WAVE, VOC, Amiga 8SVX, Sun, NeXT file formats. Independent channel editing of stereo sounds. Separate "Controls" window for playing and recording.
WHAM (Waveform Hold and Modify) - For Windows. It reads and writes Windows WAVE files, raw 8-bit digitised sound files and several other formats and can perform various operations on the sound. WHAM can handle sounds of any size, restricted only by memory. Supports .voc, .iff, .au, .aiff, .raw, and .wav.
RealPlayer - play (.ra) Real Audio and Video files.
Winamp 2.10 - Fast, flexible music player for Windows 95/98/NT. Supports MP3, MP2, CD, MOD, WAV and other audio formats, custom interfaces called skins and audio visualization and audio effect plug-ins.

WINDOWS 3.1
Calmira - upgrades the Windows 3.1 user interface, bringing features that Win 95/98 users have been using. Explorer, bin, shortcuts, taskbar, and start menu.
Folders 4 - adds depth to the Program Manager groups of Windows. It gives the ability equivalent to having groups within groups. Each folder can hold any type of file you decide to place in it, including more folders. You can use different icon
images for your groups and add icons to a bunch of files at the same time. example: have a cards group, shoot-em up group, and strategy group all in games group, if your running out of room for groups this is the thing to have.
HTools - For Windows 3.1 & WFWG 3.11. Hot Key program launcher to attach applications to key strokes for access anywhere on the Windows desk top. File Manager Launch for running programs on unassociated files from File Manager. Replacement Task Manager with extra options. File 13 for drag and drop file delete. Includes install/uninstall program.
Iclbuild - For Windows. Icon Library (ICL) Builder lets you to quickly and easily consolidate all your icons into icon libraries of up to 1000 icons each. You can also export icons to bmp files which can then be edited by Paint program. After editing, the bmp may be imported into ICL Builder as an icon.
MH Task - Useful taskbar for Windows 3.x, styled like the Windows 95-98 taskbar. Programmed with the idea that not all people want or can use Windows 95-98, the taskbar makes Windows easier to use. You will feel like Windows 95-98 while running Windows 3.xx!
